MUSBURY CASTLE CHALLENGE SHIELDS

The main aim of the run is to encourage as many people as possible to step outside their normal comfort zone and do something that is difficult but also very rewarding as well as raising money for worthy causes.  To this end we have 2 Awards that are only available to un-affiliated runners i.e. people who do not belong to a club or association that is a member of an athletics body.

We make no pretensions about how difficult this run is and the average runner takes just over the hour to complete it.  Don't forget you are entering as an individual as well and therefore still in with a chance of any of the main awards.

The two awards are:

  • The Musbury Castle Challenge Un-Affiliated Shield - 7.5 miles approx (Sponsored by Golden Hind Musbury)

  • The Musbury Castle Mini Challenge Un-Affiliated Shield 2.5 miles approx.

The main criteria to go for theses awards are:  Non affiliation to an Athletics Body.
