The maps below are there to give the runner an idea of the contours and therefore the difficulty of the courses.  With a new course of 10 miles being developed the map below is for info only and may change.

As with the senior run the Mini / Junior Run has also changed and the following map is an indication of the terrain.  This run, although not a long one, is not suitable for anyone under 9 years of age however, from experience younger children have not really found it a problem but it is down to the parents or guardians judgment on the fitness level of their charges.
